1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chess by Walletmix (com.walletmix.chess) or Ludo by Walletmix (com.walletmix.ludo) on Android, iOS, or the web at game.walletmix.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Pure Skill & Recreational Use (No Gambling)

Both games are provided strictly as free-to-play recreational board games. There are no entry fees, no real-money wagers, no virtual currency purchases, and no cash prizes. Using the games for any form of unlawful wagering is strictly prohibited.

3. Fair Play & Multiplayer Conduct

• All online multiplayer moves and Ludo dice rolls are validated by the authoritative Walletmix server.
• Players must not use offensive, abusive, or misleading nicknames in online multiplayer rooms.
• Automated flooding, packet tampering, or attempts to disrupt multiplayer rooms will result in rate-limiting or session termination.

4. Intellectual Property

The Chess by Walletmix and Ludo by Walletmix software, UI design, graphics, and branding are owned by Walletmix Limited. The Chess AI engine incorporates Stockfish (GPLv3). Source inquiries may be directed to support@walletmix.com.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The games are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Walletmix Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online multiplayer servers during maintenance windows.
