Parent & Guardian Guide
Version 1.1.0 (Build 7)
Parent Guide — Roller Coaster Ride: Walletmix
In-Game Title: Roller Coaster Ride • by Walletmix • Launcher Label: Coaster Ride
Designed for Peace of Mind: Roller Coaster Ride: Walletmix contains no third-party advertisements, no chat,
no social leaderboards, no loot boxes, and no recurring subscriptions. Every purchase action, haunted ride toggle, progress reset, and
external informational web link is locked behind an adult Parental Gate.
1. How the Parental Gate Works
Tapping Parents on the Home screen (or tapping a locked world/cart preview) opens a randomized multi-step arithmetic challenge
(for example, (7 × 6) + 9 = ?) with shuffled multiple-choice answers:
- The gate generates a fresh equation on every attempt and never uses a static PIN or simple "hold for 3 seconds" gesture.
- It automatically closes and returns to the Home screen after 25 seconds of inactivity or whenever the app is sent to the background.
- Children finishing the final free road level (World 3, Level 5) celebrate their victory and return to the free track selection screen—they are never auto-routed into a paywall.

3. Optional Haunted Rides: Ghost Manor Controls
The game includes an optional, family-friendly haunted coaster called Ghost Manor: Haunted Coaster (ghost_manor_01).
Because younger children vary in sensitivity to dark scenes or spooky sounds, parents have complete control over whether and how this ride appears:
-
OFF by Default: On every new install and migrated save,
Enable Haunted Ridesis set to OFF. While OFF, Ghost Manor buttons are completely hidden on the Home and World Select screens, and normal level progression never enters Ghost Manor. - Parent Opt-In Toggle: Inside Home → Parents → Parental Gate, parents can toggle Enable Haunted Rides ON or OFF at any time.
- Pre-Ride Content Notice: Even when enabled, tapping Ghost Manor always displays a clear pre-ride notice ("Ghosts, dark scenes, and spooky sounds.") with a prominent Back button before boarding.
-
Two Atmosphere Profiles & Parent Max Lock:
- Gentle Ghosts (Default): Bright lavender twilight, warm lantern glow, zero fog flashes, calm music, and friendly waving ghosts.
- Spooky Adventure: Deeper moonlight mist, theatrical chandelier shimmer, bell chimes, and playful ghost appearances (still 100% free of gore, violence, horror, or sudden scream jump-scares).
- Parents can lock Max Haunted Intensity to Gentle Ghosts inside the Parent Area so children cannot switch to Spooky Adventure.
- In-Ride "Calm & Brighten" Button: During any Ghost Manor ride, a dedicated Calm & Brighten button is always visible on the top HUD and Pause screen. One tap immediately switches the ride to Gentle Ghosts, clears spooky mist, and brightens the scene.
4. Comfort & Accessibility Settings for Younger Riders
- Relaxed Ride Mode: Removes all road obstacles and automatically collects nearby stars/lanterns on coasters so younger children can enjoy a pure scenic ride.
- Easy Ride: Widens the star-collection radius and reduces obstacle bump slowdown on road tracks.
- Reduced Motion: Softens camera banking, disables speed FOV shifts, and zeroes out front-seat vertical G-spring bounce.
- Hold-to-Roll vs. Auto-Roll: Lets players choose whether road carts roll forward automatically or coast to a gentle stop whenever their finger lifts from the screen.
