These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile application Roller Coaster Ride: Walletmix (Application ID: com.walletmix.rollermix, in-game heading Roller Coaster Ride, launcher label Coaster Ride) and its informational web pages at https://game.walletmix.com/roller-coaster-ride/, provided by Walletmix Limited ("Walletmix", "we", "us", or "our"), located at House 2/B (2nd Floor), Road 8, Nikunja-2, Khilkhet, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh.

1. Personal, Non-Commercial License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable platform store rules (Apple App Store or Google Play), Walletmix Limited grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Roller Coaster Ride: Walletmix on compatible devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial family entertainment.

2. Free Content & Optional One-Time In-App Purchase

• Free Content: Worlds 1–3 (15 road tracks), the Rainbow Summit True Coaster, the optional parent-gated Ghost Manor: Haunted Coaster, 3 free toy carts, 6 paint colors, Relaxed Ride mode, Star Hunt mode, and the Sticker Album are provided free of charge.
• Optional Premium Adventure Pack: Adults and parents may optionally purchase the one-time non-consumable Premium Adventure Pack (Google Play SKU: premium_adventure_pack; Apple App Store SKU: com.walletmix.rollermix.premium_adventure_pack) inside the math-protected Parent Area. This purchase unlocks Worlds 4–6 (15 additional tracks) and 3 cosmetic toy carts, patterns, and trails.
• Store Billing & Refunds: All payments, taxes, and refund requests are processed by the platform store where the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play) in accordance with that store's terms. If a purchase is refunded or revoked by the platform store, access to the Premium Adventure Pack content may be revoked upon store reconciliation.

3. Acceptable Use & Integrity Protection

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or tamper with the application binary, purchase verification endpoints (/api/v1/games/rollermix/purchases/google/verify), or local entitlement signatures, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Engine Notices

All original 3D models, track designs, procedural audio cues, user interface layouts, and the Walletmix brand are the property of Walletmix Limited. The application is built with Godot Engine 4.7.2 (MIT License, Copyright © 2014–present Godot Engine contributors; Copyright © 2007–2014 Juan Linietsky, Ariel Manzur) and uses MbedTLS (Apache 2.0) and FreeType (FTL). Full open-source notices are viewable offline inside the app under Parents → Parental Gate → Credits.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer law, the application and website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold under applicable law or platform store policies.
